Non-Warranty Repair

We offer a solid warranty on our knives, but there are situations where your knife may need service that isn’t covered. For example, third-party modifications or accidental damage may not be included.

Either way, we’re usually able to help. Just send us an email before ordering this product and we’ll figure out together whether your case is covered by warranty or if it should be handled as a paid repair.

Shipping to us is included in the price. A return label will be emailed to you after your order is placed.
