Shipping policy
All our products are made to order, unless otherwise stated, and will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
We primarily use UPS and DHL for international shipping, depending on the destination and best available service.
For domestic orders (within Finland), we use Posti.

International Orders & Customs
We sell to countries outside the EU at net prices (VAT-free).
Please note that you, as the customer, are fully responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or courier handling charges in your country.
If you refuse to pay import fees or fail to receive your shipment, any costs related to return shipping, customs, and handling will be deducted from your refund.
In some cases, if these costs exceed the value of your order, no refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
